In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days of the item(s) being delivered to you.

Provided that the item(s) are returned in perfect condition (unworn) with their original packaging and proof of purchase, we will offer you either an exchange or a full refund by way of the original paying method. Please note that refunds are not automatic, and might take a few days to be reflected in your account.

Important exclusions:
– Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene standards
– Bespoke and custom-made pieces cannot be returned or exchanged
– Engraved pieces cannot be returned or exchanged

We recommend using a tracked return service, but please note that the return shipping cost will not be covered by us.

Each de rosario jewellery piece is handcrafted, so slight variations are natural. However, if any pieces arrive to you damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@derosario.co. We will be happy to help arrange a return. Once received and examined – we can repair, exchange or offer a full refund.
